HELP!

Someone help! My one and a half year old will not stop crying, whining and throwing fits. She’s been this way for two weeks and it’s just progressively getting worse. She cries about everything. Screams more than cries. I have a four year old and I am 8 months pregnant I don’t know what else to do. I have tried everything I can think of. She cries when we play inside or outside. Cries when i hold her, cries when we are in the car or store or anywhere we go. And it’s not like there is something wrong. It’s like fits but they last all day long. I need help 😭😭😭
