Best Kegel exercises?

I've finally hit that stage where I have to cross my legs when I sneeze. What are your favorite/best kegel exercises?

Answer

Working daycare with a baby who is literally incapable of sleeping by himself at a year old, and having to hold him for two-three hours straight while needing to pee and having to hold it out pee yourself.
JK. Going back and forth between clench and unclench in one second intervals, then on for five to ten seconds, then off for five seconds
