My mom is hosting my baby shower so I was brainstorming with her about themes. My husband and I are big Seahawks fans, and it's football season, so I thought it'd be fun. My other idea is a sailor theme. My husband was in the Navy, plus, I think it's classy and would look cute for baby room. My mom said she likes both, but "if older ppl are gonna come, I might wanna go with the sailor theme." Is a seahawks themed baby shower tacky, or "not appropriate" for older ppl (my 80 yr old grandma for instance)? Mom's a bit old fashioned. What do u think?
