When did your baby start talking?

I have a baby who is 21 months old. She doesnt talk that much. She says a few words. But its not alot. Im not expecting her to say alot right now obiously. Everyday we practice words she does know. Some words she forgot how to say like "baby", she wont even try. She doesnt try to sound different words out with me at all. And its easy everyday words we use like water, poo poo, pre pee and snack to name a few. Or she says something way off. She use to have alot of ear infections when she was a baby so I wonder if she has fluid in her ear or something because she says her words kinda funny.

I'm wondering if she has a speech delay. She is just now getting off the pacifier after many, many months and unsuccessful attempts. She also sounds like she has a lisp. Idk if I'm just over thinking it as a first time mom.
