No I’m not talking about this app I’m talking about my work environment and coworkers.

They talk about how mean they are and laugh about it like it’s cute. I’m not talking about those people who act like they’re managers and boss people. These people are just mean spirited and will come up to you and say some condescending shit to your face about whatever fits the situation whether it be your hair or your clothes or literally anything. If they know something negative about your personal life they’ll talk about it infront of you and put you in the spot and if you’re the type of person that has thin skin or just doesn’t want to be around mean ass people you won’t survive here. These are the bitch fires. They tried to put me through it and realized that I don’t respond so they stopped. It gets boring trying to bully someone when you get no reaction. I’ve had my fair share of bullying growing up but I though this kind of thing stopped in jr high.

I tell new people “those girls are not your friends. Keep your personal business to yourself. Mind your business and do your job and go home.”

Being an asshole isn’t cute. Being a bully isn’t cute. It makes you look immature and miserable with your life. There must be something really missing in your life when your daily fun is getting to be a dick head. I try to tell people to just ignore it and they’ll stop but it’s rare for someone to actually want to endure it long enough for it to stop. They made a girl run out crying and quit on the spot.

Yes the boss knows. When someone reports the bullying it stops for a while but they just keep doing it.
