Anyone over 300 lbs and pregnant?

How did it go for you? I’m TTC and currently 320 5’8. I’m eating healthier and trying to lose weight atm but anyone gone through pregnancy over 300 lbs and it went smooth?

🙋🏻‍♀️ 350 and not proud, but I had a brain tumor removed a few months before getting pregnant which over produced hormones and made me gain a tremendous amount of weight.  I’m now 33 weeks pregnant with a healthy beautiful baby boy and have had 0 complications and a great pregnancy.  I even lost 10lbs instead of gaining.  Wishing you a healthy pregnancy!

330 pounds and 38 weeks pregnant. Not a single worry throughout. I was classed as high risk due to a high BMI but my blood pressure and sugars have been fine throughout and no complications. Not saying it's ideal, but just don't let people presume you are the world's most unhealthy person, because of your weight m

Every thing about this post gives me hope. I'm 338lbs and TTC. I had a miscarriage last year and today I went to the doctor and again she advised me to lose weight and maybe use a condom until I lose about 50 lbs. She did say it just puts me more at risk and it also will make things easier on my body. I've lost 12 lbs already though so I guess I'm on the right track but mean while, it's nice to see that it is possible to have healthy pregnancies

My first pregnancy I started out at probably 250 or around there I was about 300 when I gave birth to my twin boy and girl. Went back to pretty much per pregnancy weight and gained it back with the loss of a family member and post partum depression. I got pregnant again started at about 290 or so and currently 24 weeks 5 days with a boy and weigh about 309

I’m 291 and 5’3” so about the same BMI. I do have gestational diabetes but they’ve indicated this was due to my placenta and not my weight as my A1C was about as low as it can be. I’ve only had issues with my fasting numbers (and am on insulin at night for this). I really can’t complain as it’s been quite easy to manage. Following the diet guidelines has probably also helped keep my weight in check - I was 291 when I conceived and am 35 weeks and have only gained 2lbs. 
I have been having a great pregnancy and baby is very healthy. I’m going to be having a vaginal delivery via inducement (this just avoids sugar spikes at the very end of pregnancy that happens w GD) and hopefully delivery goes as well as the pregnancy!

I'm currently 290 and 10 weeks pregnant. My doctor told me she has deliver babies from girls way bigger than me who had completely normal pregnancies. I do run the risk if gestational diabetes BUT I've been insulin resistant for years now.

I was 310 when I got pregnant. I'm now 297 and everything has gone smooth other than having to have my gallbladder removed at 26 weeks (gallbladder issues happen in 30% of pregnancies due to hormones). I'm now 38 weeks and 5 days and everything has been great.

30 weeks this week and I am at 388. The only problem I have is holy hell I overheat so easily but otherwise baby girl and I are doing well! Same with the pregnancy with my son 3 years ago - I got pregnant at around 330 and had him when I weighed 380-385 and no issues.

Currently 22 weeks and 288, and have lost 12 lbs since my start weight of 300. Not a single issue aside from the worst morning sickness ever. Did an early diabetes test which was completely normal and going in for the regular timed test in a couple weeks. Like someone else said not idea to be this overweight nor am I proud of it, but since I’m losing weight and baby is still healthy I know my hard work of not over indulging is paying off. My doctor said at this point I’ll probably even deliver at a lower weight than pre pregnancy. I’m sure the weight loss is attributed to the crazy active job and overtime I have to work but whatever it’s helpful and as long as he’s healthy I’m happy! Can’t wait for breast feeding so I can loose more weight and stay on top of that after delivery!
