2 years yeast infection

I’ve had a yeast infection for a years and have been to multiple OBGYNs and medications diflucan and flucozinole. What the heck do I have to do to get rid of it?! My bf and I were getting it on and it just immediately turned him off. It’s not his fault either I warned him but he insisted and it’s an infection so that’s understandable. I just feel gross and disgusting. I have PCOS too and I eat healthy exercise don’t stress and sleep perfectly. Help please????
