Cold sore or zit?

My fiance has a little bump with a yellow head on it below his lip. Cold sore or zit? It hasn't gotten any bigger in 3 days.

That’s a zit. I get sold sores on my lips every once in a while since I was little. I can always feel it coming and they hurt. They start out a little red then within 24-48 hours show up as a cold sore. You would know the difference.

Theres been to many times I messed with something around my lip thinking it was zit and then it turns into this honker of an irritated cold sore
