Vaping and pregnancy ?

Im 5 weeks pregnant and smoke ive been trying my hardest to quit and have cut down alot to only about 3 fags a day is it ok to vape instead of smoke just the amount of those 3 fags it would be no nicotine ive read different views on the internet some say its safe some say no and some say theres no evidence did anyone vape to stop smoking in pregnancy ?

I actually recently seen on our news vape is just as harmful as cigarettes. Yes the craving is tempting.. I was a full time smoker, I quit the second I got a positive test. I wont put my bad habits before my childs health.

gum. I’m 28 and smoke since I was like 14 I stoped with all my pregnancies and I stopped completely over a year ago and gum is my best friend lol. I chew orbit sugar free. The hard ones that come in a plastic container

Nothing like that is 100% safe it's for sure better than smoking but still not ideal

I'm having the same temptation to smoke. I am around 4 weeks pregnant and still vape occasionally at this point. Everytime I do though I'm worried it's harmful! It's stressful as hell though without it :(
