Return of nausea and vomiting

Ive had super bad nausea and vomiting since the beginning of my pregnancy. Then I left for 2 weeks to do army training during which I threw maybe once with barely any nausea. Just came home last night and the nausea came back with a vengeance. WTH! I was so excited maybe I was done puking all the time. 😪😭
