I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant with my first and very early on in my pregnancy I developed alopecia areata... I have huge bald patches all over and I'm trying everything to get them to grow. When I went to a dermatologist he prescribed some tablets, cream and shampoo that the pharmacist and my ob said were not safe, I started looking for other options to grow my hair back and fermented rice water was one of them.

Is this treatment safe to use while pregnant and breastfeeding? And if anyone has tried it, how did it work out?
