I'm 12 weeks, with a severe headache

Is this normal? I've had it for two days. If I walk it hurts. If I have lights on it hurts. It wont go away with medicine... when it really hurts I see flashiness lights. I dont know what else to do. I'm trying to stay regular on my fluids and eating.
