Probiotics during pregnancy
Has anyone taken probiotics while pregnant? I’m on antibiotics due to a sinus infection and would like to take a probiotic to counteract some of the harmful effects of that. My doctor and pharmacist say they’re safe, just want to see if anyone else has taken them before!
