This is my first child so idk if this is something traditionally done. Did you dress up your newborn for hospital photos? I think it sounds a little ridiculous and that my baby would probably be a little uncomfortable being put in some itchy frilly dress. It doesn't matter to me if my pictures of my daughter's first day are in a onesie, swaddle, or newborn blankie(I might actually prefer the blanket) I don't want it to look like a photo shoot. I just want to capture the moment with my fiance and my daughter. What do you ladies think? I'm also a little annoyed that my mother can't seem to get that it's not something I want even though I've relayed all this to her. It seems like I'm the pregnant one but all my relatives think they're entitled to my pregnancy and delivery going their way.
