Is this safe to use?

Have any of you ladies used this before? Is it safe? I have a skin tag on my neck I would like to remove. I bought this at Wal-Mart, I do not go to the doctors until the last week of April and I am being impatient so I figured I would ask y'all!

If you’re still pregnant I would wait. My existing skin tags grew during pregnancy and I got a couple new ones. I’d wait until the baby is here to see what you’ve got goin on.

In my remedy book, it says Thuja occidentalis should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
