Sleep positions
Are you actually not supposed to sleep on your back? I’ve read on here and other places that it could cut off oxygen to your baby or something like that but my doctor has never said anything about it. I’m 16 weeks . I already can’t sleep on my stomach because I had a boob job before I found out I was pregnant and it’s not very comfortable
