I just want to rip my skin off

I’m 21 weeks and tonight my right leg got so itchy I scratched until it got painful. From my ankle up to my hip, it all just felt like ants crawling. This happen to anyone else? I feel like it may be my boyfriends covers. They were just washed tonight with a fragrances detergent. I don’t use any fragrance in my home for clothes or linens.
