I got mine. Then the school I work in went into outbreak with the flu, I didn't get it even though like 15 kids in my clasd did.

The flu vaccine is free for pregnant women in Aus so I got mine last week.
Even though it’s uncommon to get full blown flu, the complications are horrifying. I prefer not to risk it.
But each to their own.

I got it a month ago. I never have a reaction and I never get sick. I definitely love it.

I never get the shot, but decided to get it in January (being pregnant and didn’t want to risk picking up travel germs while flying internationally). I then interviewed with a company in March and the two people I met with were out with the flu a week later. A week after that, my sister-in-law (with whom I’d just spent a lot of time) was diagnosed. 100% feel like the shot saved me!

There are so many different strains of the flu I think it’s pointless. My son got his and still got the flu.

Got pregnant in oct and was living in South Korea at the time... didn’t get the flu shot. Flew on an international flight from SK to LAX, had a 7hr layover, and then took a 5hr flight to Florida, all at 23w pregnant...
Been in Florida now for a month and a half... I’m 29w pregnant now. Still haven’t gotten sick once. 😊
