I hated my Medela InStyle. The only setting you could change was the speed of suction. It was awful for getting my milk out for me. Thankfully it was free. I got a Spectra this time. It had let-down mode which is really important for me!

Medela never agreed with my body. It make my nipples hurt and the suction was never right. I almost never got anything. 
I got a spectra for my second and it was so, so gentle and I was able to pump ounces over drops!
