Swelling early on

So this is my 3rd baby and I've experienced swelling with my other 2 pregnancies but never early on. I'm only 5 weeks give or take today and I've had swelling in my hands quite bad for the last 2 weeks. Anyone else experience this? Suggestions on how to control it? Thanks
