What should be her legal punishment?

Coming up on the 20th anniversary of the Columbine massacre, I'm not sure who all has heard but I live in Colorado and there is a woman here that they are looking for,  threatening to shoot up schools, obsessed with the Columbine massacre, She has even gone as far as purchasing the same weapons and dressing the same as some of the shooters that were involved. She first was spotted at Columbine High School and then over 20 Jefferson county institutions after that, causing the lockdowns. When/if they find this 18 YEAR OLD lunatic, what do you ladies think her punishment to be? I'll let you all do some research but here are pictures from our news station.

Bonus question- do you agree with them shut downing all schools in the area until shes found?
Heres another I just thought of- What if she DOES follow through with the mass shooting? Death penalty? Life sentence? Mental ward? What are your thoughts!!?

Side note- I'd like to thank Colorado for taking this seriously and protecting our children! I'm happy to see the precautions were taking.
UPDATE: suspect was found dead due to self inflicted gun shot, near a park in Denver (echo lake park for CO residence).

I 100% agree with shutting down schools until she's found.
I think she should be charged with several counts of conspiracy to commit murder and inciting mass panic at the very least, she should have to forfeit all of her guns - legally owned and registered or not - and never be allowed to own one again, with a hefty sentence if she's ever found in possession of one. 
If there's something more serious she could be charged with that I don't know about then that should be done, but I don't know what else she could be charged with.

I'm so glad they shut down the schools and are actively searching for this woman. She needs to be committed to a psychiatric facility for a very long time. I pray they catch her before she can act on this sick plan of hers.

I'm here in Colorado as well and 100% agree with their decision to shut down schools. Last I heard she killed herself at the base of Mt Evan's before they could get to her. This whole situation makes me sad and leaves me with so many questions. 1 if Miami police knew she was on her way to Colorado why couldn't they have stopped her at the airport on suspicion. 2nd how is it that easy to fly into Colorado, buy a guy and ammunition with an out of state licenses. And lastly she was seen running around naked, and then shot herself dead. Very clearly was mentally unstable why wasn't she being held on a 72 hr old being a threat to herself and others?

yes I absolutely agree with the shit down. And I'm glad the whole state is taking precautions, the town I'm in has schools on modified lock down until this nutbag gets caught. As for punishment, I think a professional should determine if shes actually mentally unwell or if she is just a horrible person looking for attention and willing to hurt others to get it

I was about to say that yes, I think the schools are taking this seriously and the right way and I thought if she did do it she would end up killing herself like the ones she worships so much - I see your update and I am glad she didn't choose to take anyone else with her. I'll never forget 4/20/99... I was home sick from middle school and saw all that on the news... It was the first time I realized that we are not guaranteed safe anywhere and at school! I can't believe it's Been 20 years!

Shutting the schools down was the right thing. Id say her punishment should be conspiracy to commit murder and she should have a psych evaluation! If she did commit the crime...... i dont know, im torn between life in prison, death penalty or psych ward.
