Losing weight and got pregnant?

Question

Has anyone been successful? So have you ttc a while before, then lost the weight and then it has happened? 
I need some hope, we've been trying 8 months now and no luck so the dieting has started, I've got ovusense and have confirmed I'm ovulating but now thinking I need to lose weight

I was fertile myrtle when I was healthier. 
But I think I have a thyroid problem bc I gained 45 lbs in a month. But my test cane back normal so dr won’t help me. 
I think being healthy really did help. And I had smooth pregnancies, while keeping up w my strenuous workouts (I’m a group fitness instructor) & I kept going just like I did not preg.

I tried for over a year to have my first. St the year mark with no luck i decided i needed to try something. So i begin eating better and started worked. I started at about 215. I was 174 when i got pregnant. That was in 7 months. I was actually kind of mad at the time cause i was looking good,but felt so blessed! You'll have your time miss lady. Just give it time and try to stay worry free

My sister in law had the lap band surgery and got pregnant a month after. Before that, she was ttc for 6 years and nothing!
