We do measure the belly, guess the candy, drink the baby bottle, and blind folded baby food eating.

These are some of the games i'll be doing for an idea
MY WATER BROKE - each guest gets a ice cube with a plastic baby frozen inside whose ever meltd first and yells my water broke wins! Just need ice cube trays and plastic babies 
MEASURE BELLY - you could use yarn or toilet paper, but each guest will have to guess just by looking at your belly the one who has it on the spot or close enough wins 
GUESS THE BABY FOOD - pretty straight forward have guest taste un labeled baby foods the one who has the most correct wins
