4 days late but bad cramps

So according to eve I am 4 days late but I am having cramps every so often and feel like I should be on my period but it won’t come for some reason. One reason for the cramps could be my IBS and I had a little bit of ice cream last night and my stomach doesn’t usually do well with that but I feel it’s been a little too long for that to be the reason why cause it’s almost been 24 hours . I have had sex this month so there is a possibility of being pregnant but I’m trying to wait until at least Monday to take a test cause I don’t wanna waste money this early. I guess my question is do my cramps sound like my period coming or pregnancy or IBS ??
