Failed Glucose Screening Test

I just got the call from my OB that my results of the 1 hour glucose screening were “abnormal” and I have to do the 3 hour test. I had HG this pregnancy up until a few weeks ago and was worried I wouldn’t even be able to keep the glucose drink down. Luckily I didn’t throw it up, but now I have to keep it down for THREE hours? I’m surprised and upset I didn’t pass. Already feeling embarrassed and ashamed, like I did something wrong or it’s my fault. I was a totally normal weight pre-pregnancy, try to eat generally healthy with some treats here and there, I’m still pretty small for being 27 weeks pregnant, everyone jokes that I still don’t really look pregnant, I’ve gained a normal 15lbs so far, I have no personal or family history of any type of diabetes, and now I’m freaking out that I’ll fail the 3 hour test. Has this happened to anyone else? What was your experience?
