Bed Bugs or Hives?

We just got back from Phoenix and on the plane I started noticing these little itchy bumps on my arms and on my legs. We stayed in an air bnb but my husband doesn’t have the bumps. Could it be bed bugs or just a reaction to something? I’ve had them for two days now and Benadryl isn’t helping 😩

Hives. Bed bugs usually bite in a line and in groups of 3 or 4.

Loratidine or Claritin worked really well when I had hives and Benadryl didn’t work. Good luck!
