What does this mean? Opinions please

Took a lh test today just for the heck of it and it's positive. But I'm on CD 21/28. The last 3 days my bbt has been going up too. 1st day 97.5 2nd day 97.8 today it jumped to 98.1.

I heard sometimes lh tests + in early pregnancy. Is that true or am I just ovulating really late?
