My personal insurance has cancelled due to non payment- we were paying $730 for me and my husband a month. He started a new job and works for the state with excellent insurance but doesn’t start until May 1st.

I have an OB appointment this morning but they usually don’t check my insurance every time I go. However, I have my anatomy scan next Tuesday at the specialist and they check insurance each time I go? What do I do?

Besides being nervous about them not seeing me- I have what I think were flutters but not sure...I was sooo hoping to see that baby girl is still ok

Can they refuse to see me?

Or will they make me wait until after May when new insurance starts?

I’m 18w3d today and the last time I’ve been to doc was at 15weeks. It’s been such a long time.
