As of a week ago I was 2CM 70% effaced at 36 weeks, my boy has dropped as well. Tomorrow I will be 37+3 and have my weekly appt! I have super increased acid reflux, this morning I had HORRIBLE lightning crotch, cramps that started on my left side of my lower back, and wrapped around to the front and got pretty intense! It all went away until I started walking at Walmart, had more lightening crotch and some light cramping. I hope this is my body preparing for labor soon!
