FTM, normal?

okay so I’m nearly 37 weeks and she def dropped a few days ago. I’ve been feeling pain and pressure since. I was going pee this morning and felt a huge pop. My baby is pretty active but she’s never moved extremely aggressive so I don’t think it was her. No big gush though. Fast forward to night time and throughout the day I’ve noticed my discharge smells way different. Like sweet? I have an appointment tomorrow! Just wanted others opinions. It’s prolly nothing but I’m a FTM so idk lol.
