TMI I am sorry (Bowel movements)

Please ladies let me know if that normal? I am 36 weeks and for about the last two weeks I have had horrible bowel movements.. Some days are worst than others. Some days I will go to the bathroom with a runny tummy about 5 times and other days its hard and painful but go atleast twice a day. Is this normal in your third trimester? Should I be worried? Should I call my Dr? I have not dehydrated, I have not lost my appetite, I am drinking enough water, and nothing has changed in my diet over the last few weeks.
