Why doesn’t she move as much?

I’m 25 and 3 days pregnant and my baby isn’t moving as much. The past few days she’s been kicking a lot, and I started to feel her more active during the night, but yesterday around 6pm, I kinda felt “off” and I just noticed that she barely kicked all day. Once I got into bed, I poked my belly, and she still didn’t move or kick. It was slight movement a few minutes later, but nothing after that. I have an anterior placenta. Should I be worried or expect this at 25 weeks?

My baby boy was about the same at that amount of weeks, barely felt him for two days and BAM it’s like he grew over night and is huge in there!!! I’m 27 weeks now and movements are getting more and more regular 💞 can’t wait for them to be consistent once I reach 28 weeks!

I’m almost 30 weeks. My baby girl moved all night/day Wednesday and not much yesterday or today. As long as you feel some movement I wouldn’t worry too much. If you are worried call your doctors.

I’d check with your Doppler. That usually gets mine moving.

I've noticed periods of more movement and less even after learning his semi-typical pattern. I wouldn't worry yet. At 25-26 weeks they also should have enough room to move around without you noticing at times. Personally, once I got to 28 weeks I started getting full belly movements and it's become much harder to not notice all his movements. I think that could be related to why they focus on kicks at that point onward more specifically.

Never hesitate to call your midwife/doctor if something doesn’t feel right. That’s what they’re there for!

They tell you not to worry about the consistency of movement until 27-28w. 
I also have an anterior placenta and ive noticed that even at 28w baby girl will move or kick but i wont necessarily feel it unless i have my hand on my belly and feel it from the outside. I think theres a lot to be said about just how much an anterior placenta blocks. I still feel a lot of movement throughout the day but i think i would feel even more if i didnt have an anterior placenta
