Supply & Demand
I thought breast-feeding was supposed to be supply & demand?? If you nurse baby it triggers milk and the more you pump the more you produce. Not happening!!!! I feel empty during this damn growth spurt 😫

(and YES i’ve already done all the things- mothers milk tea, lactation cookies, warm massage, hydrating, etc.)
