AM I CRAZY?!?!

I literally feel like I’m going insane. Someone, please justify me.

For the past few months, I’ve been having what I would call pregnancy symptoms. I’ve taken many at home pregnancy tests and I’ve gotten urine ones and blood tests done by many doctors. Every single one comes back negative. The past few weeks, my stomach has been getting larger (I’m a pretty petite girl in general) especially in my uterus area. My best friend has had a child and I asked for her opinion if it looked like pregnancy belly. She said yes. My boyfriend (who is a father already) also said it looks and feels like I’m pregnant (pics attached). I just don’t understand why I’m having SO many symptoms, but almost 20 tests have come back negative? My period is extremely irregular so I honestly don’t know if I’ve missed or it’s just my body being irregular. I just don’t understand. Help!!!!! Please!!!

FYI, I have an appointment with my gynecologist on Tuesday about this. But I’m looking for more opinions.
