Amber necklaces for teething?

I’ve heard about amber necklaces that can help with teething in infants. Has anyone used one with good results? If so, where did you purchase it?

It’s a huge gimmick. People who say they work just are lucky that their baby isn’t having a hard time when they put it on.
It’s super dangerous, strangulation AND choking hazard, all in one item!
Wet cloths in the freezer, cold teethers (fridge), and lots of cuddles are the best thing you can do during teething.

I don’t really know if they work... but I have had a kid bite the beads off one so I don’t like that.

If you get one make sure the clasp pops open easy to reduce risk (regardless,  NEVER let baby be alone with it on, like naps and such!)  The first one I got had a clasp that screwed together so it couldn't come apart easily. You want one that will open just in case baby got it twisted up tight or something 
That being said, I didn't notice it making a huge difference with my daughter.

My daughter started wearing one at 3 months old. It worked for her. She didn’t even drool I swear 😂 I didn’t use one for my other 2 kids and they teethed the worse. BUT you have to make sure you get one in the right size or it can be a choking hazard, always keep and eye out for your LO just in case. My daughter never had issues with it and still wears hers and she will be 3 this year. The beads never broke or fell off and we made sure to purchase it from a place that actually makes real amber necklaces. She loves wearing hers. And like I said she NEVER teethed. I got another one for this baby.

We got this one on Amazon and put it on our daughter when she was 12 weeks old and she’s had it on everyday for the last 3 years (she still wears it and loves having it on). She had no issues with her teeth coming in, and to be honest, we didn’t even know her teeth were coming in because she never got fussy or drooled. We got a second one for our next baby.

I have one. Used it since he was 3 months old so he got used it. It works by the body temp heating something in the necklace (cant remember). They cant get wet so remove in bath or wash around it.
Its worked for us. We paid $35 for it and its raw baltic amber. It helps with fevers and pains. Havent had to use much panadol. When ir hasn't been on we can tell difference. Do your reasearch and suss out individual stores online ans Against the standards and guidelines
