Implantation cramping???

So I have three kids but I don’t recall ever having implantation cramping. On 7 or 8 dpo I suddenly got a sharp stabbing pain in my lower left pelvis and almost directly behind it in my lower left back. It’s now just a dull cramp that kinda comes and goes for the last three days. I had my left ovary and tube removed in January and generally don’t have cramps until right before my period starts. Could this be the implantation cramping I’ve read others experience? I have also been having headaches but I figured that is from the weather. It feels like period cramps but on my left side.
