Baby girl sick

Ok need some advice. We took our daughter to urgent care (just for pediatrics) yesterday. The said she has an upper respiratory infection no antibiotics needed at the time if she gets worse bring her back. Well I laid with her all night holding upright. She did ok no high temp only 99.6. She got up today seems ok just ridiculously junky. She had a bottle only 4oz cause she can’t breathe right so she won’t take anymore. No big deal we just try to feed a little more often. I thought she spit up, But she coughed up mucus (along with spit up not too much) in the mucus was a little blood I think maybe it could be from using the nose frida but not sure. She is absolutely fine otherwise. No crazy breathing, I can’t hear her wheezing she’s playing and making her usual noises. We are running a cool mist humidifier which has helped. Just taking it easy. I’m going to post the pic. Trying to decide if I take her back or not.... I don’t want to expose her to more germs if I don’t have to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. She is my fourth so I know not to run on everything... but i don’t recall this happening before. Thanks in advance.
