Does anyone have round ligament pain and how did you cope with it ?

I just found out I had the round ligament pain and it's terrible pain I want to know what you can do because Tylenol is no help and the pain is constant

I started to use a support belt and that made a huge difference. My round ligament pain was mainly due to standing for long periods of time at work though.

Last time I had it pop up on my sides and it would just come in waves. This time I have it on the inside of my left thigh and it has been a constant issue throughout. I just have to roll with it. I've been managing with stretching and staying active.
