Continue to take your prenatals and consume about 500 extra calories a day. I also try and drink water while pumping and have found it helps. Have you tried mothers milk tea? I would give that a try as well. Good luck!

Milk maker cookies- you can find the recipe online. I've also heard pumping after you think they are empty for another 5-10 minutes and it'll train your milk to keep flowing! Wish you all the best!!!

I've been taking fenugreek tablets after reading abt them here on glow and I really feel they're making a difference...maybe give that a try? No harm really coz at the end of the day it's not medicine. I really wasn't producing much with my first baby, and trust me I know how frustrating and stressful it is, hope it gets better!
