+hpt 3 days before period?

I got a faint positive 3 days before my missed period and bold the next day. I have no symptoms at all except randomly my stomach will cramp by my pubis mons. Has anyone had this and had a fine pregnancy? I’m just really anxious and can’t stop thinking. My appointment isn’t until next month on the 16th (when I’ll be 8 weeks).
