IUD users... am I normal? When will I stop bleeding?

New mom here! Currently have a 4 month old baby boy, and decided to try out a new method of BC. The Mirena IUD.

Once I got it first put it I have the normal amount of bleeding/spotting that they said I would have. I stopped for a week or two and got on my period within a 2 day window of when I was originally expecting it. (They said it could mess with when my period would come)

That was two weekends ago when I started my period, and I’m currently approaching week 3 and I’m still bleeding/spotting.

Is this normal? When will I stop bleeding? I’m anemic and this really sucks. When will my body regulate itself ?

I’m skeptical of BC in general and this is my first time trying out the IUD .... wanted to know if any of your lovely lady’s could answer this, possibly give me advice or your own insight .
