Acne in different places

I just home from work and got ready for bed and noticed that I have a bunch of zits on the top part of my belly and on my breasts, mostly on the outside, but some under and between as well. I have been showering regularly every couple of days and these where not there last night when I showered before work (3rd shift). I have also noticed the acne on my face getting worse recently. I recently got an IUD (March 28, 2019) and have had constant spoting and cramps on and off since I got it placed. Would the IUD effect my skin like that? Any tricks on how to get rid of it? Thank you!!
