When/should I see a doctor

Friday around noon time I was feeling a bit “eh” so I decided to check my temperature and it read “100.3”. Took Advil, it went down . Saturday morning I woke up and felt my body was hot so I checked it again and it read 101.5. Took Advil and it went down to normal. (I also placed a cool wet rag on my forehead). After the Advil wore off it went back up again to 101 so I took Advil before I went to bed. Now this morninf I woke up and my temp was at 101.7. So again I took Advil and it is down. My question is, is this cause for concern? I really don’t feel “sick” other than this slight fever. I’m not vommiting, don’t have a cough, etc. should I just try to ride this out a bit yet?
