Nuchal cord around neck

Hi I just had my 35 weeks sonogram this past week and the doctor told me my baby has a nuchal cord wrapped around her neck. He told me not to worry as this happens in one third of pregnancies but as a FTM I’m worried sick. Can anyone share experiences of theirs for this to ease my stress.
