Cramps after period ?

Does anyone else feel a lil crampy days after their period? It’s like my body is going back to normal or something, and they’re not intense it’s just a lil discomfort

Omg this happened to me for the first time after my last period! Still feeling some cramping days later, but not nearly as heavy as when I have my period. Glad to know we’re in this together :)

Yes. I get them up to 3 days after my period is over. I've always thought they were like phantom cramps lol hopefully that makes sense but no, you're not alone in this.
