Don’t know what to do.

I have my daughter 4 days ago and tomorrow we have a ped appointment. Well I had a C Section and was told I can’t drive. But the thing is. I literally have nobody to take us so my only option is to drive. I can’t take a taxi / Uber low on cash. Has anyone had to do this? How was it?
