Feeing very achy

So the past two days I’ve been having more pains and crampiness but nothing crazy and I’ve been getting sleep but I still get tired quickly. However, this morning when I woke up I got so tired after 10 hours of sleep. I did wake up to pee a few times last night but that’s it. I’m not sure why I’m so tired. I’ve also had light headaches at the back of my head with sinus like feelings and achy neck. My body feels so useless with mild aches and pains. I feel like I’m coming down with the flu almost. I’m 38 weeks pregnant. Has anyone experienced this? I’ve read headaches mean possible preeclampsia but I monitor my blood pressure consistently and I know mild headaches can also occur before labor. I also have a drs appointment tomorrow.
