Pregnant???

I’ve had two faint positives- this and another one that I took first thing in the morning that came up stronger. I took a different type of test yesterday and it came up as negative, I’m due on my period in 4 days but a few days ago started with full stomach ache and bubbles in my stomach! Am I pregnant or am I being too hopeful we’ve been trying for a while now
