Walking and exercising is still perfectly fine in 3rd trimester as long as you aren’t considered high risk. I just don’t think most women feel like doing much by this point lol

Yes and no. Just don’t overdo yourself and listen to your body.

My body doesn't allow me to walk long distances or stand to long. I have a chair in my kitchen to rest while making food. I get sharp pains in my back and lower front that can be very painful.

I think its what your doc thinks. I was asked to be low key and try to stay off my feet as much as I could due to my medical needs

I said yes, this is my third pregnancy and I'm high risk so I definitely do just small spurts of stuff I sit down as much as possible if I don't my water could definitely break if I'm lifting to much and bending or walking and standing for long periods of time I also hurt really bad in my back and down my legs if I'm up for over 20 mins without resting

I said yes but in the sense that you have to rest when your body say so. I was doing huge walk and made me feel good!
