Baby flipping at 38 weeks?

I’m 38 weeks and some change - last week, the baby was head down, not effaced, not dilated. She moved constantly, but last night she was moving so wild that it hurt and actually made me throw up. She finally calmed down, but my stomach felt so weird after - almost as if she moved into a different position and I felt hard spots in places there weren’t before. I also felt movements behind both sides of my pelvic bone - could this mean she flipped into breech??? I’m waiting for hiccups or something to show me she moved. I go to the doc tomorrow but I’m so tempted to call today.
